Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Custom Orders

All custom-size, made-to-order garments are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified. Each dress is crafted according to the measurements provided at the time of purchase, and Bridely.eu is not responsible for any fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. Unless confirmed in writing by Bridely.eu, all orders will be processed and shipped as planned.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging your custom dress to ensure a safe delivery. However, if your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at info@bridely.eu for assistance. Cases will be reviewed individually. Please note that Bridely.eu is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Bridely.eu does not accept returns on custom-made dresses. However, in exceptional cases, returns may be considered at our sole discretion.

If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes for international orders. Dresses sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.

Refunds, if granted, will only be processed after the returned dress has been received and inspected. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund, as timelines may vary.
